The Tyrolia Protector PR 13 GW Ski Bindings are a breath of fresh air in the alpine binding world – a new design specifically engineered to improve your margin for error on the slopes. The “fresh” in the Protector is an innovative heelpiece that features 30˚ of lateral rotation. Where traditional alpine heels release only vertically, the Protector FHR (Full Heel Release) is designed to rotate to the side, dramatically reducing the twisting forces typically placed on high stress joints during a fall.
